American football, known in the United States and Canada simply as football, is a competitive team sport known for mixing strategy with physical play. A standard football game consists of four 15-minute quarters (12-minute quarters in high-school football and often shorter at lower levels), with a half-time intermission after the second quarter.the soccer course will be comprehensive, covering all elements of the game, covering techniques, skills, phases of play, Campers cover all aspects of offense, defense and special teams to help develop their skills and enhance their interest in the game of football. Daily training is meant to develop speed, strength and agility in the positions you choose to play in. At the camps the students are taught tactics for the positions. Quarterbacks - Students are taught stance, center exchange, drop-back, setting up, passing, release, follow through, ball-handling, running, faking, reading defenses and "triple option" roll out running and passing. Runningbacks - Here again students are taught the stance, release, ball handling, faking, ball carrying, running, cutting, blocking, pass receiving. Center - Stance, exchange, blocking (run and pass), release, short and long snap. Line - Stance, release, all forms of blocking, pulling, agility, line-calls, strategy. Ends and Flankers (tight and wide) - Stance, release, pass-patterns, pass catching, running, blocking. Kickers - Punting, place kicking, holding.
