Gymnastics is a performance sport that comprises a sequence of physical movements. It requires physical strength, flexibility, and kinesthetic awareness like handsprings, handstands, forward rolls, and tucks. It evolved from exercises used by the ancient Greeks, including skills for mounting and dismounting a horse, and circus performance skills. Gmnastic camps are usually meant to concentrate on the skills that gymnasts need for competition. They stress on strength, flexibility and conditioning. The men's gymnastics events include Vault, Parallel Bars, the Pommel Horse, the Rings, the High Bar, and the Floor. The women compete on Vault, Uneven Bars, Beam, and Floor Exercise.
