55 Full-Court Press (DVD)

55 Full-Court Press illustrates how to organize and conduct an effective full-court press. Using on-court demonstrations, the DVD explains in detail each player’s responsibilities on the press and the techniques for setting an aggressive, effective trap on the opposition. The DVD also features several plays that can help a team learn how to set the trap off of different situations.
