The first set of drills is point guard specific. Two-ball drills are followed by the pitch-ahead drill, pull-up, pick & roll series, relocation drill and more. Adubato mixes point guards with off guards in the Combo Guard drill series. Shot and float, pitch ahead drill, step back series, penetration and kick, shot fake and bounce, double change and corner 3's all prepare players for competition at a high level. Shooting guards work on game shots as well as dribble moves, re-location and mid range shots. Shots come from all angles and from all spots on the floor. Isolation situations are present in the flip and one-on-one drill. The 3 second and 2 second drills simulate end of quarter situations. The combo forward is engaged in a different set of nine drills matched to his position. Another series is the combo guard/forward drills. This series begins with the shot series, and includes six more drills. The veteran series is for the most experienced players.
