Kermit Davis shares 12 competitive rebounding drills that are designed to develop tough, physical, and competitive rebounding players and teams. Davis diagrams and demonstrates each drill using markerboard presentation and on-court demonstration. Emphasizing toughness and competition in every drill, he starts with a focus on form rebounding in 1-on-0, and 1-on-1 half-court scenarios, he then builds up to 3-on-3, and 5-on-4 full-court offensive and defensive transition rebounding.
