In this clinic demonstration, Robinson covers a number of tips, strategies, techniques and philosophies on how to get your opponent tired enough to break him. The information on this DVD allows your wrestler to counter the four basic moves (stand-up, sit-out, roll, switch) an opponent can try and keep him on the mat. His ideas cover everything from wrist control to preventing your opponent from getting his leg up to bringing the opponent back to the mat if he does get to his feet.
