The sticker says that: Our steel pole is not meant to withstand extreme wind conditions. If high winds are predicted, simply remove pole from plastic ground stake. For more permanent installation in areas where high winds are possible, replace pole with 10 foot length of inexpensive 1/2" PVC pipe.
