All Tall Team Flags that are shipped get a bright orange sticker that is placed above the flap on the packaging. The sticker says that: Our steel pole is not meant to withstand extreme wind conditions. If high winds are predicted, simply remove pole from plastic ground stake. For more permanent installation in areas where high winds are possible, replace pole with 10 foot length of inexpensive 1/2" PVC pipe.Note: The Manufacturer of this product does not ship to APO/FPOs and ship only to the continental US.
Return Policy: There is a restocking fee of $2.00 for all returned items, unless the item was defective, damaged in shipment or shipped late. Only authorized returns received within 30 days of customer receipt and in good condition will be accepted for a refund less shipping & handling. If an authorized returned item needs any type of maintenance (sticker removal, missing/ripped packaging, torn inserts etc.) there will be an additional fee, a maintenance fee, of $6.00 per item.
