Clinical Exercise Physiology—Understanding the Basics presents an easy-to-understand overview of many of the basic fundamentals, concepts, and principles involved in clinical exercise physiology. The DVD discusses how these concepts can be applied by health/fitness professionals in a meaningful and useful manner in a clinical setting.
