Teaching Weightlifting Movements is designed to help coaches better understand how to teach weightlifting pulling movements to their athletes. In an easy-to-follow and apply manner, the DVD explains and demonstrates the proper technique for performing the clean and the squat clean, as well as several important assistance exercises.
