Teaching Rejuvenating Yoga provides a comprehensive review of a challenging, progressively demanding sequence of seated and standing Hatha yoga poses. Designed for all levels of ability and fitness, the poses are cued at three levels of difficulty. The DVD features a class that begins with a seated centering and ends with a restorative, progressively guided relaxation.
