The unique design includes a stretchable neoprene strapping system which secures the vest to your body while allowing the vest to expand and accommodate to your normal breathing pattern during exercise.
Add additional 1/2 lb flex-metal weights to adjust the short vest up to 20lbs(TA1228 10 Additional 1/2lb weights are available at the rate of &15.75).
