I ordered the wrong size on Friday. Saturday I called in a correction but the wrong size was shipped Monday before the correction was caught. On Friday I received the wrong size. No one took any action to correct the error until I called SportsKids the next day. On Monday I got an e-mail stating that the correct size had been sent and that a prepaid return authorization would also be sent. I received the correct size and returned the wrong size. I am pleased that Customer Service took the appropriate action. I will buy again from SportsKids and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
