Coach Rick Trimble features 15 of his favorite "Ultimate Hockey Drills" for offense. Each drill is diagramed and thoroughly explained by Trimble and followed by on-ice demonstrations. Drills 1-5 progress from pre-practice warm-up drills into puck control drills and high tempo passing drills. In drills 6-10, Trimble ratchets up the intensity with faster-paced passing drills incorporating shooting, reading defenses, creation of time and space, and over-speed passing and shooting concepts.
