In Life After the Rush, Nate Leaman, through the part-part-whole method and repetition, demonstrates methods to attack the net after making a rush attempt. This hockey DVD is broken down in three parts. Part 1 demonstrates different ways to attacking as a 5-man group using a triangle set up.
