Manos was named Division III Ohio Wrestling Coach of the Year (1988), NE District Division III Wrestling Coach of the Year (1989), GCWCOA Division III Wrestling Coach of the year (1989), and East Suburban Conference Wrestling Coach of the Year twice (1988 & 1989).
