This program provides a blueprint for a theme-based approach to physical education that allows teachers to take a holistic approach to physical activity, combining fitness with wellness by emphasizing stress reduction, nutrition, and drug resistance education through activities. PE-4-ME includes 143 games that have proven successful, reproducibles to help students build their own wellness books, and advice for creating a “Classroom on the Field,” a concept developed and implemented by the author.
The primary focus of the PE-4-ME (Physical Education for Me & Everybody) curriculum is to empower students to take responsibility for their own health through a hands-on, theme-based physical education program.
