Provides coaches and goalkeepers with 50 complete goalkeeper training sessions from warm-up to cool down. Sessions include warm-up and ball gymnastics, followed by two technical exercises and finish with fitness and strength training. Training sessions address the following areas of technical focus: catching/hands, angle play, reactions, low-diving, 1v1, crosses, boxing, power diving, tipping, distribution, free kicks, pressure training, and potluck. Also includes a five-minute stretching routine and more. Appropriate for coaches of men’s and women’s soccer and athletes of all ages and abilities.
