Jamie Dixon's energetic 4-Out Drive Motion Offense is based on drawing the defense to the ball to create shots for others. The goal is to attack specific spots on the floor, including the middle and elbow areas, weakening the core of any man-to-man defense. Dixon covers his philosophy on how to space the floor to create dozens of penetrate-and-pass opportunities. In this offense, penetration leads to good shots, passing to open players and constant defensive rotation difficulties. Driving angles, drive and drag, fill cut, high cut, and split action are just a few of the many features within the offense. Dixon shares a variety of screens that put pressure on defenders and keeps them off balance. Dixon's post rules allow for good spacing, screening and posting up isolation. He includes over 15 motion breakdown drills that map out the 4-out attack. This offense can accommodate players of all sizes and can be customized according to your personnel.
