Multiple Continuity Offenses (DVD)

Multiple Continuity Offenses features a series of easily teachable plays that are designed to create scoring options against any defense. Using on-court demonstrations, the DVD explains how to teach continuity plays out of an overload set. The DVD also provides several breakdown drills in which players are taught how to recognize scoring opportunities in specific game situations. Developmental drills are included to enhance the ability of players to execute the fundamentals of using screens, penetrating into the lane, and finding open players. Among the topics covered: three series of set plays, transition into continuity, offensive description in 5-on-0 setting, breakdown drills (back cuts, high-post, screens, double screens), passing and screening drills, shooting drill, and coaching pointers.
