Developing an Attitude of Excellence

All coaches want to be part of a successful program. Research indicates that the most meaningful factor for determining success is not intelligence, education, talent, or luck, but rather attitude. Developing an Attitude of Excellence details how and why athletes, coaches, and parents must each choose to have an attitude that will promote the level of excellence that is required for a program to be successful. The DVD reviews the factors that can affect the attitude of each group and then offers coaches an action plan for improving the attitude of each group.
