He explains Plano traditions of army mentality, grading film, disciplined workdays and the importance of spring practices and scrimmages. An overview of Brence's offensive philosophy highlights all of the keys to successful practices and game planning. His progression of a successful running game is explained and complemented with play diagrams and game footage of several of Plano's schemes. Brence stresses the importance of developing and evaluating your players as well as establishing an in season stretching and conditioning program.
