In this three-part presentation, Frank Busch shares his philosophies and training strategies that have been the key to his program's phenomenal success. In Part 1, Training Philosophies and Components, Busch shares his seasonal plan belief that "a few good days equals a good week; a few good weeks equals a good month and a few good months equals a good year." He details his daily and weekly training plan that includes in water swim sessions and out of the water sessions that include weight training, running and dry land training. Busch shares the rationale, workout session specifics and implementation strategies for each of these training components. In Part 2 Busch shares the methods behind the kick training madness that has become a program trademark. In Part 3, Resistance Training, Busch shares the specifics of the use of resistance training in his program. His discussion in this segment focuses primarily upon the use of the Power Tower bucket system. Busch shares the wide variety of ways that he utilizes this invaluable piece of training apparatus.
