Developing Proper Footwork for Volleyball (DVD)

One of the most important aspects of being able to effectively perform the various technical skills involved in volleyball is footwork. Developing Proper Footwork for Volleyball details how and why players should specifically move in order to execute volleyball skills correctly. The DVD looks at, analyzes, and demonstrates the basic footwork essential for four fundamental skills (passing, defense, blocking, and setting). Common footwork-related errors for each skill are identified, and training tips to address each particular problem are provided. In addition, the DVD includes several proven practice drills that are designed to help develop proper footwork.
