Wrestlers who can score in the par terre position have a huge advantage over their opponents. Offense from the par terre position takes a fraction of the effort compared to a takedown, but racks up bunches of points forcing your opponent to play "catch up". In this video, Tricia Saunders demonstrates some basic scoring moves from the top position and provides variations of each. Saunders begins by discussing the gut wrench and three different variations off of it. From there she demonstrates five different tilts including the Ankle Lace, Bow and Arrow, and Crotch Lift. All moves are clearly explained and demonstrated from a variety of angles. Gain an advantage on the mat with world class instruction from Tricia Saunders!
