The New Yoga: Movement Science + Spirituality offers a workshop that addresses the importance of recognizing and understanding the movement science behind your yoga practice, without losing the deep internal focus and message. Being aware of the physiological and anatomic roots of movement can enhance the teaching of yoga postures. Your teaching can go from a generic flow to a directed intensive class. This workshop teaches assessment, imbalance recognition, and corrective patterns, which will help you to promote change in your clients’ movements.
