Cycle Reebok: Performance Plus reviews the four key interval-related elements of an effective indoor-cycling program and explains how to apply them in a systematic, stepwise pattern of pre-planned workouts that will allow instructors to take their exercisers beyond their existing fitness plateaus. The DVD also demonstrates a system that is designed to enable instructors to individualize workouts to three distinct fitness levels. Among the topics covered: four key elements, interval timing, cuing intensity and cadence, ventilatory threshold test, and sample workouts.
