Kit contains: 1 Elastic Bandage 4" x 5 yds., 1 Horseshoe Felt Pad and 1 Ice Tape Roll 2"x48". First wrap injured ankle with cooling Ice Tape and then after 24 hours wrap the horseshoe felt pad under the elastic bandage firmly to provide support.

Do not cover Ice Tape with elastic bandage, this will not allow the cooling process to happen.
