Gill Athletics Training Design Pro Software (for Windows)
TrainingDesign is a software program applicable to many sports for coaches who wish to organize the planning and prescription of their training programs. The basic concept of the program is that coaches use their own terminology and training philosophy to build an organized training menu and program design. This is not a cookbook like many other programs on the market. This program will not make any decisions for the coach but will organize your thoughts to help you make good training decisions.
NEW FEATURE IN VERSION 3.5: Version 3.5 has a new file in the system titled “MicroCycle Templates”. You can open this file from the MacroCycle planning screen. This file can be used to design and store commonly used templates of MicroCycles you have designed. This saves time in having to create new cycles in the future. This file has the same three screen set as contained in your planning files.

- Create athlete files to be used to build the details of day to day training.
- Create modules of commonly used training sessions which can be easily accessed and moved to athlete's files to create training sessions.
- Enter results and keep track of performances for all athletes in all events.
- Calculate race distributions and paces for training.
- Individualize weight training for each athlete.
- Analyze training using graphics to see where work was prescribed and what volumes were trained for each component.
- Create as much or as little detail in the program as desired.
- TrainingDesign Pro requires ProVue Panorama as it's engine.
- Panorama is the fastest known database for a personal computer available.
- Prevue Panorama is not included.
