Coaching the Approach in the Jumps breaks down and details the dynamics of the approach run in all four of the jumps in track and field. The mechanics of the approach are explained in a logical and clear fashion. The DVD also features drills and exercises for developing the fundamentals and techniques involved in the approach run.
