Coaching Volleyball: Organizing and Conducting Practice explains and demonstrates a variety of ways to set up efficient and competitive practices that players will enjoy. The video features players going through a brief practice segment. In addition, guidelines are presented concerning how coaches can design meaningful drills that will achieve their intended objective. The key aspects of a sound, consistent practice plan are also examined, including partner ball handling drills, position-training suggestions, team offense and team defensive drills, and ending each practice with some type of 6-on-6 competition.
