Coach Brands begins by showing the proper way to run the cross wrist breakdown how to get into the proper pinning position. Once the opponent is broken down, Brands demonstrates a number of tilts and turns to use depending on the reaction of the opponent. A heavy emphasis is placed on the Turk, hitting the move with both the arms and the legs.
