Every wrestler must know a good set-up in order to get to his takedown finish. State Championship coach Scot Davis demonstrates a variety of options for your squad to incorporate into their repertoire. In this two-part DVD, Davis begins with an overview on the proper stance and them demonstrates five set-up techniques. These include chops, underhooks, wrist controls and a 2-on-1 Series. The second part of the DVD, Coach Davis covers his Drag Series, which he uses as both a set-up and a takedown weapon. He goes through a number of different techniques that will open up the opponent for a score, and even take him to his back. Davis also includes some counter techniques and a lateral drop.
