Here he covers proper foot position, penetration, level change and fast hands. From there, he shows another critical area - "Getting Through Your Opponent's Arms." This section includes an in-depth look at clearing the Collar Tie. The final area of effective takedowns is "Moving the Opponent's Head," which allows you to get to your opponent's back leg (his weakest).
